CodeGear's 3rdRail for Ruby on Rails developers
CodeGear three months ago released the first version of their new 3rdRails Ruby on Rails IDE, which is aimed towards Rails developers.
The 3rdRails IDE is based on Eclipse and thus another in Java developed Ruby IDE, which uses the Eclipse open development platform.
I've installed and used an updated 3rdRails version 1.0.1, in order to play a little bit around with it and to see how it competes to the competition in this domain.

Playing around with Komodo Edit
I lately discovered, that ActiveState also offers a free Komodo Edit editor, which is a slightly stripped down verion of their Komodo IDE. So I gave Komodo Edit a try and really liked this product, as an fresh alternative to other multi-platform editors like for example Emacs, Vim and jEdit. - I've wrote a little about Komodo Edit in the software and code snippets sections.
IDE Plugins, OpenTools and Add-ins
Some of the latest Kyrsoft Eclipse Plugins, JBuilder OpenTools and VisualStudio Add-ins are still available from the downloads page. Note however, that older JBuilder and C#Builder OpenTools are no longer hosted on this site and can be found instead on CodeGear's CodeCentral server.
